Madeline
Madeline is a journalist, actor, and filmmaker; she is the founder of both The Convergence Lens and Convergence Lens Studios. A socialist, womanist, and global liberationist, she is equal parts activist and artist, currently based in Washington, D.C.

Investigative and cultural writing for The Convergence Lens, the independent, worker-owned publication I founded.

Acting
Trained across on-camera, stage, and improv technique, with credits including the 2025 24-Hour Film Festival finalist Memory Error: Footage Not Found.

Directing, producing, and editing TV/Film projects that tell stories from and about underrepresented voices.

Conducting panels live and virtually, as well as interviews with actors, filmmakers, activists, and other creatives.

Portrait, brand, event, and photojournalistic work across industries, as well as production BTS shoots.
A Better, Brighter Future
I believe in two things above almost everything else: stories can spark revolutions, and collectivism can carry them through. That belief shows up in the questions I ask as a journalist, the characters I build as an actor, the films I direct and edit, the panels I moderate, and the images I capture behind a camera. Different mediums, same passion — tell the truth, tell it well, and build better systems that don’t rely on exploiting the working class to maximize profit.
