As an event moderator and conversation facilitator, I’ve guided panels on digital civility, mental health advocacy, and social justice with nonprofit leaders, actors, and global organizers.

Virtual and In-Person Event Moderation

Moderating draws on a specific skill set that intersects with journalism and acting: reading a room in real time, keeping a conversation moving without steering it, and making sure both the guests and the audience both feel like the conversation was worth having. It’s an instinct I now bring to any panel, interview, or live conversation I’m asked to run.
